Description

Discover the Catalan Culture from a different point of view with our special tour around Montserrat and its millenary organic olive groves to see the magnificent world of this liquid gold and enjoy the beautiful countryside of Vall d’Hortons.

You will learn the difference between old and new plantations and explore the different varieties of olives, then we will visit the workshop where this oil is produced you will learn how the process is carried out and finally, you will enjoy an oil tasting, with typical and organic Catalan products from Vall d’Hortons like cheese, honey, cold meat and wine. 

Then we will visit a little village of Castelladral, located on the top of a hill to enjoy exceptional views of a big part of central Catalonia and even of Montseny Mountains. There we’ll have a 6 dishes tasting menu with proximity, ecologic and season offer products where olive oil is the main ingredient. So don’t hesitate and join this special tour to see how olive oil is made and enjoy the quietness of the landscape with the fantastic views of Montserrat Mountains.
