You will also have a chance to taste traditional Portuguese cuisine in the historic centre of Évora and in the afternoon you can choose from 2 options: We can go to the wine tasting in the famous Herdade São Lourenço do Barrocal or go to the megalithic site of “Cromeleque dos Almendres” joined by an archaeologist.

We will end the tour in the village of Arraiolos. The town is famous for its castle and its embroidered wool rugs and carpets. Arraiolos rugs have been made since the Middle Ages.
