Join our special tour and explore three wonderful sights in one day! This tour combines the two most popular sites near Barcelona and the one and only Sagrada Família, including a fast track entrance to the Sagrada Família and Codorníu cellars.

Visit the Penedès wine region on the way to Montserrat Sanctuary. Discover the Cathedral of Cava and the largest underground cellars in the world with up to 100 million bottles that are housed in a modernist building declared a historic-artistic monument. Then straight to spectacular mountain and its views, Benedictine monastery, nearly 1000 years old, there is still a community of 70 monks living, the Black Madonna, the basilica and the museum with an extensive collection with paintings by Dalí, Picasso, El Greco and even treasures from ancient Egypt.

After you will have some free time for lunch and then we will go back to Barcelona, to see The Sagrada Família. The most important site in Barcelona, an unfinished temple of the genius architect Antoni Gaudí, who dedicated the latter part of his life to this work. Hop on our tour and discover the richness of detail and its significance on this extraordinary building.

  • Morning – Montserrat & Codorníu Wine Cellars. Starts 8h30 AM. Duration: 6h30 approx.
  • Afternoon – Gaudí the Sagrada Família Tour. Starts: 3h15 PM. Duration: 2h30 approx
  • Price includes: entrance to Sagrada Família (worth 18 €), professional guide, spacious coach and experienced driver, entrance to Codorníu Cellars (worth 16 €) and a taste of cava.
  • Itinerary: Morning tour: Barcelona > Codorníu Wine Cellars including a taste of cava > Montserrat with some time for lunch > return to Barcelona.
    Afternoon tour: Plaça Catalunya > Passeig de Gràcia with façades of Casa Batlló and la Pedrera > Sagrada Família guided visit + free time > return to Plaça Catalunya.

  • Dress a bit warmer for Montserrat, it is colder than the city.
  • Silence must be kept inside the church so the guide will give all the explanations outside.
  • This is not a wheelchair accessible vehicle.
  • Dress code inside the temple:For safety, no hats are allowed inside the nave or the museum except for religious, health or belief-related reasons.Visitors may not enter barefoot.As it is a Catholic church, visitors must dress appropriately, following these restrictions:
    • No see-through clothing
    • Tops must cover the shoulders
    • No plunging necklines or exposed backs or bellies
    • Shorts and skirts must come down to at least mid-thigh
    • Visitors will not be allowed to enter with special clothing to celebrate any sort of festivities, nor with any decorations designed to distract or draw attention for artistic, religious, promotional or any other purposes.
