Once the booking was finalized, the travel organizer should approve readiness to provide you with this product. Also, when the booking was finalized your payment will be held on your debit/credit card. The final transfer of your payment from your debit/credit card will be provided only after positive approval of your booking request by the travel organizer. After the travel organizer’s approval, you will receive a confirmation voucher and payment notification on your e-mail.
If the travel organizer by some reason will not approve readiness or decline your booking request, you will receive notification about his decision on your e-mail. In that case, your payment will be unblocked as soon as possible.

You will receive the e-ticket/voucher, which you will need on the day of your event. There you will find instructions and information about your order: date, time, meeting point, phone number and e-mail of travel organizer, details about how to find your tour guide and so on.

You can return the money by each product by conditions that are shown at your e-ticket/voucher. Once the booking was finalized, you will receive a confirmation voucher on your e-mail where will be the link on reference page “Manage my booking”. To cancel your booking and make a refund you will need to click on this link and your browser will open “Manage my booking” page where you will need to fill in the required fields. Please aware, that if the cancellation conditions specified in the e-ticket/voucher are not met, the money will not be refunded.
